During July of this year, I brought my 2011 BMW x6 into Today’s Collision Repair Center following an accident for which I was not at fault.  To be frank, I was pretty disappointed that my new BMW had been damaged, and it pained me tremendously to think that the vehicle would never be the same.  However, to my delight, Today’s Collision Repair Center came through for me returning my vehicle in tip top condition. In fact, when I picked up the x6, not only had it been repaired to perfection, but it had also been fully detailed both inside and out.  Needless to say, I was ecstatic, as the vehicle looked as good on that day as it had when I first took delivery from the dealership some 10 months previous.  I cannot recommend Today’s Collision Repair Center more highly.  I drove quite a distance past numerous other body shops to have the repair performed by Today’s Collision Repair Center, and boy was it worth the trip.

Due to a "hit and run" on my 10 month old BMW, I found myself having to find a body repair shop. I went to Today's Collision Repair in Malden on the recommendation of the BMW dealership. From the initial phone call (which included excellent directions to their facility) to getting my car back, I was extremely impressed with their customer service. All repairs were done perfectly, on time and actually under estimate! Matt and Bobby are terrific! If I am ever in need of body repair work in the future, I will surely use this facility.

Today’s collision repaired my 2001 BMW Z-3 that had been damaged.  I can not say enough about how great the repair came out, it was perfect.  They handled the insurance appraiser on my behalf and Matt and the staff were very friendly.  When I picked up the car I was pleasantly surprised to find Matt had detailed my car and taken care of some minor adjustments.  I whole heartily recommend Today’s Collision.

I had the occasion to use Today’s Collision twice within a three-month period and I could not recommend their work more (both accidents not my fault).  This is not only the best auto body shop around – it is the best BUSINESS I have worked with.  They take something that is inherently stressful (getting your car repaired after an accident) and make it completely worry-free.  Every time you walk through the door, someone always greets you with a warm hello which makes you feel like they value your business.


This does not even address however the obvious pride of workmanship that is put into repairing your vehicle.  My van was sideswiped by a drunk driver and after they were done with it, it looked fantastic.  They completely detailed the inside of my car which was a great perk, as I have two young kids who like to make quite a mess.  They truly gave the car back to me in BETTER condition than before the accident.  I could not recommend Today’s more – if you go anywhere else for your auto body work, you are missing out.

I would like to commend you and your entire shop for outstanding service. My name is Ryan and I recently had my Acura CL in your shop. Matt Everson handled my claim and I couldn't have been more pleased with the way I was treated. Once Matt gave me the estimate he stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process letting me know what was going on with the repairs and anything else I might need to know.


He was very helpful in answering any questions that I had about the repairs or the cost. Even when it looked like the job would cost more than the projected estimate Matt was calling me up walking me through the  process making sure that I was ok with everything. Not once did I feel pushed around or taken advantage of. The quality of work that was done was exceptional and I could not tell at all that my car was ever in any accident. The only thing I noticed was that my car looked cleaner than when I brought it in for repairs. The total cost of repairs was dead on with Matt's estimate and I know that is not the easiest thing to do with body work.

My experience at Today's Collision was positive. I was greeted by Carol, who I spoke to earlier. She was compassionate and helpful.  My car was evaluated, I believe, by Jim Iannuzzi, at that time he told me an accurate assessment could not be made without breaking down the parts. I returned on Mon. and Carol had arranged for a rental to be waiting for me.


The complete appraisal was e-mailed to me on Tuesday, parts were ordered and the work was underway. Thursday afternoon I was contacted by phone and  e-mail by Matt Everson and informed my car would be ready to be picked up on Friday. The process from beginning to end took one week, this is almost unheard of. I am stunned and pleasantly surprised.


This entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, and with customer service in mind. Every person involved helped to make a very unpleasant situation actually pleasant. Thanks to all involved, and continue the good work.

Bobby, I didn't want a second week to go by without writing to you to commend you on your team's service.  As I mentioned the day I picked up my car, Matt Everson was terrific.  He aggressively sought my business and conscientiously followed-up with me all along the way, making sure my questions were answered and that he and I both had a clear understanding of the timetable for, and scope of, the repairs to my car. I even have a voicemail from Matt from earlier this week that I have yet to return inquiring to be sure I am satisfied with the car.


I also was delighted to meet and work with Tony. In my experience, it is unusual to see a mechanic take 30 minutes out of his day to be sure that a customer is satisfied with the repair of his car. Tony was wonderfully pleasant to work with - thoughtfully and earnestly listening to and answering my questions.  It's clear to me that Tony is a craftsman who takes considerable pride in his work and that pride inures to your customers' benefit.

I just picked up my BMW 530 after your team repaired the keyed hood and I was astounded at how good the car looked.  Not only did the guys do an outstanding job on the damaged area, they also cleaned up the entire car, inside and out, making it look brand new!  I cannot believe how nice my car looks and the effort that was put into it by your team.   When my son saw it, he too was amazed.  He actually starting rubbing the hood to see if he could feel where the damage was and he could not.

I wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful experience we had at Today's Collision, due mostly to the superior service provided by Matt Everson. As you probably know, we did not start out at Today's Collision, and had the truck emergently transferred there. Matt took wonderful care of us, was extremely patient with me (I was very upset about what had happened prior to us moving the car to you), and kept me up to date about the progress. He never seemed bothered by my frequent phone calls, multiple questions and was extremely supportive. He even facilitated the truck being delivered to our dealer so we could trade it for a new car in time for a large family function.  He exemplifies excellent customer service.

Please forward this to your wonderful staff.  I was rear ended while stopping at a light right before flying out-of-state to attend to a family emergency.  Matt was fabulous and arranged a pickup on my return even though a snow storm was coming.  Over the next four weeks, the family emergency progressed, and I had to remain out-of-state.
