VIP Services
We can assist you with your claim once you have made that initial report to your insurance company. Once you have made that report we can then deal with the appraiser that will be looking at your vehicle. We can also pick up and deliver your vehicle along with providing you with a rental vehicle if one is necessary. Prior arraignments would need to be made for this service.

Commonwealth of Mass Motor Vehicle Crash Operator Report (choose Operator's Report of Motor Vehicle Accident). This is the police report that is required by your insurance company to be filled out with all the necessary accident information. After completing the report, copies must be forwarded to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, Insurance Agency or Insurance Company directly and to the local police station where the accident occurred.

Insurance Claim Assistance
We provide assistance with your claim. Once you have made that initial report to your insurance company we then can deal with the appraiser that will be looking at your vehicle, as well as finding out liability and payment on the claim once looked at.

Pick Up and Delivery Services
We can pick up your vehicle and deliver it to you if this is more convenient for you. Also providing you with a rental at the time that the vehicle is picked up if one is needed (prior arraignment are to be made).
